What is the difference between the packs?

The XL box contains 50 generously sized face towels. The 8×8 box contains 50 towels measuring approximately 8×8 inches. The compact travel pack contains 10 towels. The bundle includes one XL box and one travel pack — 60 towels in total.

Can I use the towels wet and dry?

Yes. Use a dry towel to gently pat your face after washing, or dampen one to use with your preferred cleanser, balm or makeup remover. The towels do not replace your skincare products.

What are the towels made from?

Whistle disposable face towels are made from plant-based viscose. They are textured and absorbent, and designed for single use.

How does UAE delivery work?

Next-day delivery is free on orders of AED 50 or more, and AED 10 below AED 50. Same-day delivery is listed at AED 20 for orders placed before 2pm. Available options and the final charge are shown at checkout for your address.

Can I return my order?

Our returns policy accepts eligible unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of the original purchase. Contact us for return authorization. Shipping costs are non-refundable; see the full policy for details.

Can the towels be washed or flushed?

These are single-use face towels. Dispose of used towels in a bin; do not flush them.
